Centers believes that a comprehensive curriculum must have as its
foundation an understanding that children learn through play and that
there is a clear relationship between play and academic success.
Children’s learning opportunities need to be developmentally appropriate, multi-sensory, enriching
and stimulating. The program should be responsive to the needs and interests of each child.
